-Seer says that Lagetha will be killed by a "son of Ragnar"

Nice to hear this soundtrack again:

- Ivar and Heathmund are like Ragnar and Athlethsian, except the "dark side".  Heathmund dies in battle (historically) so eventually he will fall.

-If Lagetha dies, Astrid would probably die with her as her character is an appendage.

-This show is short on charisma this season (with the focus taken away from Rollo, Ragdar, Eckbert, etc.)  

-

This season sucked! 

At first I found the North American accents and touchie feeliness off putting, but got hooked somehow anyway.

This season has been a mess so far:

And I think it's a great season so far.

I am feeling so sad for Astrid.

I just hope Rollo is going to take side for Lagertha. Very small hope.

I felt that they didn't develop Astrid enough (or the other characters that died) to make me feel anything.  I never got to know her besides her misfortune.  I guess i'm Viking? 

In the promo they insinuate that Lagertha loses and gets captured for sacrifice...

Well i feel strong feeling for a woman who was violently raped by 4 men and was certainly pregnant of one of them and ask to her only love to kill her.

Even if King Harald is not a bad man, she would never have been happy with him.

I still hope the scene in the promo is a vision or a dream/nightmare?

Yes, but who was she as a person?  To me the writers didn't explore her deeply enough outside of being used  as a tool to develop Lagetha's story.

This is funny how Bjorn looks older than his mom.

His character is supposed to be 35 YO. If Lagertha got him in her 20's it means that she is 55!

If she got him sooner she is 48 or 50. Don't buy it.

Kathy Winnick looks like a 20 year old

I always found the aging techniques to be a bit odd for the men.  So, as they age they shave the guy's head, and maybe put some tatoos on it.  Then they grow out a big, dirty beard.. In Ragdar's case they put very thick, artificial eye bags.  I dunno, they all seem somewhat young to me, there was always something off about it.  I think it's because they don't put enough natural wrinkles (eg. crow's feet, brow wrinkles, etc.)

It beat me  as to why they don't age Kathy....now she is a 20 year old with grey hair...

the Ivar character just doesn't work (like Heathmund).  I'm getting tired of his rage faces...

And nope to Heathmund. Religious men are the worse.

Bad lovers and violent most of the time. Too much frustration.

And the actor playing Ivar is trying to copy Ragnard's face. Sometime it works but most of the time it doesn't.

And I am pretty sure he is not Rag's son anyway.
