I've read Gisele likes to flip houses, maybe that was her intention all along? Glamurama who confirmed the news months ago, even said Architectural Digest was a real estate ad (not showing off their home, lol) I think I'm on to ya Gi.... 
With all this publicity the interest is definitely going to be greater.

I believe Ben started his schooling in Boston already, maybe they have just decided LA is not for them and their fam. (stll strange though with all those personalizations and years it took to build). I hope one of them opens up about it in the near future, but I doubt it.
