LOL...not necessarily I actually thought more about it. Based on my personal experience and of other women I know, many women who are blessed in tush probably can't wear high-waisted pants b/c they can't get them past their butt. Same thing with skinny pants Unless they are super stretchy but even those could be challenging

And there are sexy ways to wear high-waisted pants. Like with a crop top---a lot of fabric on the bottom, very little on top. Great balance!

^ Mostly because they put their self interest ahead of other people's. Most people don't enjoy it (there are sadists, but they are much rarer). Very often, people don't realize that they hurt other people. Actually, if we think about it, all of us may have already done it at least once in our lives. Also, hurting is a very subjective concept, some people sometimes feel "hurt" or offended for nothing...
