wow,going back to first pages of this thread really got me wondering if this is the same person,not a shadow of her former self now 

and maybe she had her implants removed?

Her appeal to me- and I believe to the general public- was that her whole package had a combination of ratios/looks that were rare in nature and they reinforced each other.  By removing her breasts she removes the pillar of her differentiation.

The only other human beings that look like her is the old 1990s pornstar Nikki Tyler and circa 2000 playmate Brooke Richards
