So I know you're not a seafood guy, but I recall you saying that you'd eat salmon. Ever go out of your way to make it?? That's my fav fish right there... actually pretty much the only fish I like... I'm more of a shrimp, crab, lobster type gal.

I like other fishes too, but salmon is my favorite.

My salmon is always hit and miss... sometimes it comes out alright but most of the time im struggling lol... the outside is cooked but then the inside is not, so I end up burning the pan while trying to get the inside to cook. 
I'll ask you this as well.... ever heard of a guy named Rob Ford?

I usually make it in the oven, and I season it with salt, pepper and oregano, some butter too and olive oil. This last time I didn't used pepper though. Ten minutes in the oven and it's good .
