No, the seasons are shorter than The Walking Dead. It's 10 episodes per season, so I think you definitely can watch it before next season starts I just hope the next book is published before season 6 premieres though. The show just caught up with the books

When it's the draft? We don't have it on TV here.

... A player from our national team (football) had a car accident last night and was found to be driving drunk... I guess it's safe to say we lost an important player on the team. I don't think he'll be allowed to play, at least in the remaining of Copa América. How can these guys be so stupid?!

Oh ok then I can catch up in no time, hopefully it entertains me enough to keep me engaged throughout the whole series.

The draft is next Thursday.

Oh my gosh that really is dumb and just plain irresponsible! So how many games is he going to miss?

Never heard of that band, but that's not saying much because as you know I'm not very familiar with that genre of music.

^ I hope you like it! I've really enjoyed it, though my experience was different because I read the books first

Ah it's soon! I thought it was further away.

Absolutely stupid... The coach gave the team a free day and this guy went to a casino. And he will not be missing any games, the coach and our national football association forgave the whole thing. I guess he'll still have to face legal proceedings, but these people always get away with these things.

But you liked the songs? I think you could probably like the first one

^ that player sounds like a moron and yeah he can probably get away with it from the team because they probably want to keep him happy and continue to play for the team. Suspending him would hurt them, especially if he's a really good player.

I can appreciate good singing from any genre, I mean they can certainly sing and play there instruments very well (just like you ) but actually falling in love with a song, it doesn't really happen very often with this genre. So yeah I wouldn't say I love the song. The kinds of songs I like tend to be RnB (especially from the 90's) for example I love most of Tevin Campbell's songs, KC & Jojo etc etc So we are VERY different when it comes to the kind of music we like haha, which is cool. Though I have songs I like from a WIDE variety of music/ singers. My iPod is a huge mix of songs, but there's not a lot of rock songs if any. Atleast you teach me about different songs and such

Well, none of them is particularly brilliant anyway  . But yeah, he is one of the good players and one of the most popular too (he plays in an Italian club) so it was to be expected. So yes, suspending him would have done bad for the team. The coach said that he didn't take that in consideration and that there wasn't any influence from the team on his decision but I don't buy it.

I haven't heard those you mention  So yes, we're very different in terms of music taste.

How much music you have on your iPod, and more or less what artists you have there?

^ Oh boy, well let's hope one day he smartens up. By the way how old is this guy?

Actually I get tired of a song quick but then maybe a couple months later I start liking it again (those are the true songs that I can say I'm a fan of.. I can get bored but I end up liking them again)

Tevin Campbell was a big star in the early-mid 90's. KC & jojo were big in the 90's too, they were originally in a group called Jodeci but the two brothers branched out to do their own thing

However for right now, the songs im listening to are:

And our feelings- Babyface

All my life- KC & Jojo

Tender love - Can't remember the artist (music from the 80's)

Let me love you down- Ready for the world

I'm your Angel- R. Kelly & Celine Dion

Can we talk- Tevin Campbell

Always in my heart- Tevin Campbell

Can you stand the rain- New Edition

I care about you- Milestone

These are the Classic RnB songs however I like a lot of random stuff too for example:

The theme song from Braveheart (Gift of a thistle)

Theme from Titanic (Hymn of the ocean)

Sweet Dreams- - La bouche

Rhythm is a dancer (can't remember the artist)

I knew I loved you- Savage Garden

Canon in D - pachelbel

Then I like Celtic music, especially popular songs remixed with a Celtic sound.

For example this live performance I find amazing. A lot of recording artists sound worse live, but they still sound good. I even had to show my dad, and he thought they were amazing. (However, again this is me and my dads style of music that's why)

And for random music, for some reason I like Kids by MGMT... This style of music is not what I tend to like so that's why I say for some reason lol. However, I don't think this is a song that'll stand the test of time for me, it's pretty much only 80's and 90's songs that are not just a temporary like for me

One song that we might have in common could be "Let it be" by The Beatles. I got introduced to that song in middle school because I was in the choir and that was one of the songs we had to sing. it's not a song on my regular rotation, but I do like it!

Ah I remember you posted here a list of songs before (different than now), and again I don't know any of them besides the Canon in D   . I actually don't even know most pf the artists there.

And there we have another difference: I don't tend to think about songs, but rather in artists and genres. There's just too many songs to pick a couple as favorites.

For example this live performance I find amazing. A lot of recording artists sound worse live, but they still sound good. I even had to show my dad, and he thought they were amazing. (However, again this is me and my dads style of music that's why)

Neither of those are my cup of tea

Funny thing about the first one for example, as I do like old Rhythm & Blues ('60s, '70s) and the music that originated that one: gospel, spirituals, and specially Blues.

But with that particular song, and those in that style my main issue is the electronic and over compressed percussions and the overall sound of it is too mellow/cheesy for my liking. The vocal arrangement helps to that feeling too. Though it has some elements that I like when taken into other contexts. The melody for example, and some of the vocal interpretation retain many blues elements that you can find in genres I like a lot, Blue notes to name one.

That said their performance there is really good! (Assuming they're actually singing everything  )

About the second song... That one I REALLY don't like  No, not at all... I'm sorry but I can't say anything positive about it

Yeah we differ there haha, I never get attached to an artist, I don't really call myself a legit fan of an musical artist... It's just whatever song I like. And I can like one song from an artist and hate or be indifferent to the rest of their songs. in regards to being cheesy, I don't really pay close attention to lyrics, it's the harmony, rhythm and style of singing that gets me into a song.

Yeah in regards to the second song, I got introduced to it because leo made the news for being caught on tape dancing to it Though I never particularly liked it at the time, but then I started hearing it playing at work, and I like the unique sound of the beat/ rhythm. (I don't know the correct terminology to use) Again, that type of music I don't like, there was just something about the sound of it that I liked.

Oh you were in a choir too, cool. But not surprising of course considering you are a musician now. I don't even know what voice type I was. Basically anyone who wanted to be in the choir could be in it, it wasn't an exclusive type thing The choir was all girls though, the boys didn't want to take part in it. We all sounded decent as a group fortunately. There were solo parts in certain songs, and whoever got chosen for that part had a great voice. We would travel to different schools to sing, we sang the national anthem at a Mississauga ice Dogs game (Hockey) we sang at Canada's Wonderland (amusement park) actually thinking back at it it was a neat experience.

I was looking up my old school on YouTube, and I saw that there's a vid up from like 2011 and the choir went to Canada's Wonderland like we did. Basically the same set up we had, I'll try to see if I can find it because that'll give you an idea on what my choir was like. I was in the choir in the 2002/2003 school year.... YouTube wasnt even invented back then.

Well, I almost impossible to like every song from a certain artist, there's always at least that one song that is not that good.

And probably I didn't express myself right with the word cheesy, but I do find it mellow, mostly because of the harmony, general arrangement and slow tempo.

I don't know, it's way too hipster for my liking

Sounds like a great experience. Any reason boys didn't want to be part of it? Our choir was mix but it wasn't THAT open. I was there my last two high school years (2005-2006), and we also travelled to a couple of nearby cities to sing. Those were great experiences too. We used to sing the national anthem, and some things taken from operas and a couple of spiritual songs. In one of those I would sing the solo part

This is the choir from the school I used to go to, and again this isn't my choir but it's basically what our choir sounded like, just to give you an idea on what kind of choir I'm talking about. Nothing special, just amateur shit lol.

Oh that's a big choir! Ours was smaller We didn't use backing tracks though. Rather the director would play piano when needed.

It does sound decent though. Some out of tunes here and there, but it's to be expected haha. You used to sing more or less those same songs?

Ooooh Imagine!!! I LOVE that song!

^ I don't know why the boys weren't inerested, but I think boys who were interested in extra curricular acrivities opted for sports. I was also a kindergarten helper in grade 7 and 8... and in Grade 5 and 6 I was a library helper and in both cases no boys volunteered either.

I was in the choir for 2002/ 2003 school and a lot of the songs we sang were the popular songs of the moment like Survivor by Destineys Child, a Christina Aguliera song and a bunch I can't remember. Then the rest of the songs were like 70's songs... There was a disco medley I remember but I can't remember the exact songs we sang... I just know one of them was the song called "we are family" by sister Sledge.

Funny because in our it would have been mostly girls too if it wasn't for my generation. Most of the boys there were those of my class

Kindergarten and library helper are extra curricular activities much different to those we had in school

Did you ever sang Imagine, like in the video?

We are Motörwaters and we intend to kill classic Rock songs by turning them into Acoustic Blues. Our first murder is The Wizard, original by Black Sabbath

"Let it be" was the only The Beatles/ Beatles member song we sang. :

You guys sound great together. (Y) Have you ever seen the show "Roseanne?" When I hear this it reminds me of the theme music in the Intro to this show. It's only because of the harmonica and blues feel though. oh and smart move with the shades.

When you say The Black Keys, you mean the band with Patrick Carney as the drummer right. I only know of this group because Leo's moms boyfriends daughter husband is the drummer of this band. that sounds so pathetic
