When I bought it the seller has offerered it with date 12. October 1986 #2381. The Famke cover is not a real cover. It´s a fold-out inside of the magazine before the editorials start. It looks on the back like this:

Then it should have been a supplement issue to this. I don´t understand italian language, but what is written on the cover seems to sound like there was a supplement with it.
