2015 SI Swimsuit

 

 

I honestly don't think Kendall's management would want her doing SI. It's very obvious that they have her focusing strictly on high profile, high fashion clients. She's done zero commercial work (with the exception of PacSun, but I think she had a contract with them before she signed to The Society).

 

She will probably jump on the SI train once she's more established in the HF circle. It's clear that her management doesn't want to 'cheapen' her image (hence why she does no commercial work).

Also, is it just me or does it seem like when a model stops working with VS, they start doing SI? It's becoming a bit of a trend. Think Erin, Izabel, Selita, Sara (to some extent), Bregje, etc. Maybe Lindsay Ellingson will do SI next year?

 

Just curious, but how do you guys think high fashion models' agents view SI Swim? It used to be that doing the VS show was considered high fashion 'death,' but now girls are doing both with no problem. Does SI still carry an image of 'cheapness' to it? Or do you think agents push models away from it?

Well I dont know if it carries "cheapness".

I think first of all, the magazine is hotter than the VS photoshopped lingerie pics or the VSFS. The girls are letting more flesh to see. Also it focuses often more on the models' body : boobs, etc...it's quite clear to me, they look for "hot girls" above all, not necessarily stunning faces or artistry.

So yeah, I can definitely get what you're saying with the models'management wanting them to be high profile, and thus not sure getting SI would be the greatest idea.

Don't think it's Chrissy. She doesn't have the mole on her hand or top of her breast, and I don't think her fingers are that stubby.

I was pretty sure she was in the Miami location, but there were athletes there sooo.... She was missing from social media a few days and bleached her hair more and she kept posting pics of working out It looked liked she was getting ready for something

Finally looking over some of the pics posted and SI seems to be sticking with the red/white/blue theme just based solely around the suits we've seen..

Well I just heard why SI is still shooting this far into the year. MJ had to take some time off in August/Sep because she was 8-9 months pregnant. SI must be a scramble to finish shooting this year.

That also explains why they did so many shoots early in the year.

And yes, it looks like Yu did BB then SI and now he's back with BB all in the same island.

If BB/SI is shooting in the same location, then the location is: Caneel Bay in St. John. (US Virgin Island)

Interesting to note, this could be for the cover, and if they're sticking with an American theme, maybe we're looking at Hannah for the cover (US Virgin islands is her home). Then we have Bodypaint to think about. Who knows though.

No Hannah already did her shoot in another location...and honestly since last year when all this new rookies appear like Gigi , Sara, EmRata , lily ... Hannah totally dissapear  in the favorites tho .. i really dont see her in the cover now.

if they pic a beach for the cover shoot it would be the location Hawaii.

SI rarely if ever shoots the cover on the first location (in recent years). It's a possibility, but I still think unlikely at this point.  They normally shoot around the 4th or 5th location unless something comes up and they need to reshoot which is normally towards the end of their shoot.

in this last location were probably rookies plus genieveve and some we dont know...but hannah is not in that location , not either Nina ,maybe lily or chrissy tho... still like u said is a posibility they choose Hawaii.

if they choose Hawaii Gigi is the most likely

Honestly we have absolutely no clue of who shot where, when and if X model shot once, twice or thrice. 

That being said, I wouldn't be surprised if Hannah gets the cover, she does have a big enough male fanbase, she is very likeable within females, she has a famous boyfriend which SI loves, she is about as American as it gets and they are shooting in her hometown.

I can see Hannah getting the cover in red, white and blue tbh.
