Situated in Shell Wyoming which is just east of Cody and Yellowstone National Park

I still have a feeling EmRata could get the cover, she's had a pretty big year, and there are plenty of people who love her because of her body 
. Gigi is pretty but that girl needs to work on her poses stat, she looks so awkward and uncomfortable 80% of the time, she's gonna look way too young to be on the cover. I'd prefer it being the Emily's or the Hannah's on the cover. Last year was a surprise so this year could be too. But judging by the American theme I'm leaning in EmRata's favour since she's better known that other girls, or Hannah D.

I think I've mapped out the locations for each model, and it looks like a bunch (if not all?) of the girls shot at at least two different locations. Might be why I thought Emily Rata was in TN/Southern State over Hawaii.

Doesn't look like Irina, Emily D, or Emily R, and I've I've taken a look at the confirmed models, and the only person who remotely comes close to having a body like that is Sara's

Heidy De La Rosa or Chanel Iman maybe? Or it could be that Yara gal since she has quite a few birthmarks but none of the photos are clear enough to match them up. Potentially could be Clara Alonso too.
^ I checked all of them when I checked Sara. The birth marks didn't match up again. I couldn't find anyone in the casting calls that matched, actually.
