Don't all models lie about their age? In an industry where your mid late 20s is considered close to retirement age, pretending like your forever 21 seems like a requirement. I wonder what happens to models that don't make a name of themselves.

Some of them state their age in this video. 

My guess is they're being honest here because they're talking to sports guys and not people in the fashion industry.

Models lie about their age for two reasons: They started working at an older age (Joan Smalls) or found success a little late (Kate Bock) and sometimes they have nothing to do with it and their agencies lie about it just like they lie about their height. But girls like Sara, Gigi and Nina who have been around for years and found success at an early age there's no need to lie about it and they can't do it anyway because there's interviews from when they first started that have the real dates.

I guess telling people your age for models is like actresses with their age - for whatever reason no matter what you look like you might not get the job simply because of your age. 

Any models who you think look older than their age.  Kate Upton and Samantha Hoopes to me look older.

I am sure that Ashley has heard it all about her gap over her modeling career.  I really doubt she is crying over any online comments.  Really, she's been modeling for some time now.

She probably has developed a thick skin over the years as even the non-gap tooth models say you must.  I think she would have to.  She probably can't walk down the street without passerby's shouting from their cars things like:

- GAAAAAPP!

- Hey, Gappy Gappy!

- Good Loooooorrdddy Jesus, never has a space between 2 teeth been so prevalent.

- Excuse me, Miss?  Do you know where the nearest atm is?  Uhuh.  Ok, thank you very much.  GAP TOOTHED FREAK!

People can be mean.  I like Ashley and I look forward to seeing her pics.  Her gap doesn't really bother me much.

As for saying the three blondes look cheap and like trailer trash. What does that make girls like Irina and Xenia? You seriously need to reevaluate what trailer trash is.

I don't think the blondes look cheap.  I just thought they reminded me a little of that bit of Americana.  Those pics of the blondes in front of trailers where actually ridiculously easy to find.    I didn't think it would offend anyone.  I think it was Pretty who said that Xenia looked like a Russian... nevermind, let's not get into it.  It goes without saying that I don't know enough to judge any of these girls on a serious level.

kate bock looks 38 to me. samangha looks 35 to me.
