People voting for their favorites in competitions is always going to be tough to avoid. I laughed at a couple early votes for some who did nothing all year. I don't think there is a way to fight that.

Tatiana is great. Even with the awards she has won, I think she is underrated as an actress. I'm not surprised she is nice in person, and of course, she is beautiful no matter what.

I was being tenacious by trying to follow the criteria  I refused putting some of the obvious ones on my list b/c they didn't do much in 2017 and I didn't think they "deserve" to be on the list   Kinda a protest in some way although I know it wouldn't matter much in the long run   Yeah, people picking their favorites is inevitable  I like to still remind people just in case someone would actually comply and hopefully be a bit more thoughtful in their voting/picking  

^  I started my initial list with the models I thought had a good year, then I added actresses I like who won or were nominated for awards or were in big movies or shows. That starter list ended up being around 40-50 names. That's when I realized I had to find ways to shorten my list. 

Either way, I think the the top results are going to be different from previous years, which I like. There will be names that shouldn't be there, but I can live with that if there are new names.

I thought about it. There's no reason any repeats should occur considering there are tons of female celebrities---more & more each day. But to be generous I think after being halled twice a celeb should retired from the game  Maybe after the current cycle we could implement the new rule?
