É exótico, ótimo pra visitar. Só que morar pra valer é mais difícil. A cidade é suja, não tem muito lugar pra ir... Termino indo com frequência porque o Karim tem um projeto imobiliário e passa dez dias por mês lá.

Você disse que não tem rotina. Como é isso?
Eu vivo entre Cairo, São Paulo, Nova York e Londres. Então sinto a maior falta de ter uma rotina. Às vezes acordo e não sei onde estou. Não moro em lugar nenhum, se você for pensar. E nos aeroportos, estou sempre com duas malas: como não sei se o próximo destino é frio ou quente, tenho que levar de tudo [risos]. E tenho um armário em cada uma das quatro casas.
Se tivesse dinheiro infinito, o que compraria?
Um avião! Imagina, parando na porta de casa, é tudo o que eu queria... [risos]
Qual o presente mais ostentação que já se deu?
Comprei um anel de um joalheiro turco que é artista, faz peças únicas, exclusivas, tudo à mão, sabe? Ele craveja nas pedras, leva uns dois anos pra fazer cada peça. O meu tem uma imagem de Jesus. Comprei faz uns cinco anos em Istambul, um lugar que adoro. Foi bom comprá-lo, me fez bem, é uma peça que ninguém vai ter...
