Her jawline is quite big, indeed. And asymmetric, too. But I agree with you. That feature makes her look special. Sometimes, beauty seems to be in those little imperfections that make a face more interesting...

Her face is very unique especially on the runway. You can immediately tell it's her and that is very unique these days. I also love that her face is mature (not old, but not baby face).

I've gotta hand it to Spain, they don't produce as many models as other countries, but the ones that make it into the industry (Eugenia Silva, Ines Sastre, Sheila Marquez) tend to have this classical elegant, yet striking allure about them.
