Angie Harmon Isn’t Counting the Calories
These days, Angie Harmon is all about the calories! With her worries of sibling rivalry among her three daughters put to rest, the actress is focusing all her attention on satisfying her hearty appetite. For the 36-year-old, keeping those hunger pains at bay means filling up on plenty of protein. “Right now, I’m literally eating every piece of meat that I see,” she says. “I have a hamburger at lunch, and I make pot roast, anything with meat in it.”
Putting those extra calories to good use, a tired Angie shares she is nursing her 8-week-old daughter Emery Hope. “I’m breastfeeding and I’m exhausted!” While nursing may account for much of the actress’ weight loss, Angie admits that there are other factors working in her favor as well.
“I mean, genetically, I’m a skinny girl so it’s not hard for me.”
Angie and her husband Jason Sehorn are also parents to Finley Faith, 5, and Avery Grace, 3 ½. Angie will return to the small screen this spring with a guest spot on Samantha Who?.

Angie Harmon cuddled up to her two oldest daughters — Finley Faith, 5 and Avery Grace, 3 ½ — at the premiere of Monsters Vs Aliens on Sunday in Los Angeles. The actress, 36 and husband Jason Sehorn are also parents to baby Emery Hope, 3 months.

Angie Harmon is Enjoying Her Curves
Unlike many women who struggle to shed the pounds after delivering, “naturally skinny” actress Angie Harmon had no problems losing the baby weight following the birth of daughter Emery Hope three months ago.
The mom of three credits “breastfeeding and stress” with making it happen because she “can’t even imagine” going to the gym any time soon! If she does decide to exercise eventually, Angie says it will be in the comfort of her own home –”I’ll probably try to do some sit ups on the floor!”
While the weight may have disappeared, certain extras that come with motherhood did not — much to the delight of Angie and her husband Jason Sehorn. “All of these curves and boobs and things are really fun,” the actress laughs.
Angie, 36, and Jason, 37, are also parents to Finley Faith, 5, and Avery Grace, 3 ½.

It’s almost 5-month-old Emery Hope Sehorn! Angie Harmon introduces her third daughter with Jason Sehorn in PEOPLE’s Most Beautiful issue.
Joining big sisters Avery Grace, 3 ½, and Finley Faith, 5 ½, Emery has been a happy girl right from the start. “She literally has been smiling since day one and no one believes me but, [she has],” Angie says. “Now that everyone knows her personality they are like, ‘She is smiling!’”

Angie Harmon and hubby Jason Sehorn were photographed with their youngest daughter, 9-month-old Emery Hope, after lunching at Nello's in New York City on Tuesday.
Angie and Jason are also parents to Finley Faith, 6 next month and Avery Grace, 4.
The 37-year-old Law & Order star is sending her youngest daughter through an obstacle course to raise money for charity. Emery Hope is among a group of babies crawling through a terrain of mock mountains and ski slopes while their moms bid on shoes signed by celebrities including Melissa Joan Hart, Sarah Michelle Gellar and Tori Spelling. Funds raised will go toward nonprofit organization KaBOOM! which builds playgrounds.
