I highly doubt they would be ok with a make up artist letting out such an obvious clue if she did get the bra. Not to mention the fact that she tagged "Dubai" and "New York Fashion Week" as well. But who knows, maybe they think this is sneaky.

Anyway Ed said twice on his instagram that they will be revealing FB in September and performers next month,so it will be soon

It wouldn't surprise me though if it did... VS has a very peculiar way of disappointing me when it comes to the casting choices...

They've did the same for the past two years, some VS employee hints about bras like Kelli Eva last year and Fulvia and Russell did hints in 2012. It's surprising how damn oblivious their people can be. I forgot to mention I also find your set gorgeous

@RafSecret I can't agree with you more on the Kendall/VS thing I'd hate to see another wasted opportunity on the walking dead Kendall.

If Adriana did get it that would be pretty good she always makes such a show about it you cant help but be entertained. That double FB idea people floated around for Ale/Adri would be something too but I think thats more wishful fan thinking then a real idea VS would do this year.

Adriana had an event there last year as well as London, doing the show in London + an Arabian segment would be a smart thing if they really want those stores to work, they haven't had much success in South America tbh.

Who actually gets upset over those theme ideas? Is it from each race group that are actually getting offended or is it from people just trying to be politically correct and looking for a reason to get upset at something?

It's genuinely upsetting and disrespectful, depending on the issue. The headdress was a definite insult, as there is tradition and ceremony that comes from the item. People might take issue with a model in harem pants and a bra but there's no cultural significance behind the pants- they sell them to tourists as it is.

They've done Spanish, British, Russian and French segments and no one has said anything. Mostly because the outfits were on point with the theme and they didn't go with something flat out offensive, an Arab theme IF done right would be great ... However a poorly done Arab theme would be a disaster

An Arab them would fly more easily than say Asian, Jewish or Native because those people are not as represented media wise (plus they're not really viewed as victims in nowadays America, especially today, ahem). I think the main issues for people are religion and the place of women in society (and gays, but that won't be an issue there, will it?). People get upset when they think A) that people are making fun of there beliefs/take them too lightly (see the headdress) or B) are degrading (their) women (see Katy Perry dressing up as a geisha).

There's also the weird issue that aside from white people (which is why Spanish, Franch, Brith and Russian segments went over well), only people from a certain culture can portray their culture because no one really gets what blackface was or was about.

So if they manage to pull of an Arab theme with Arab-adjacent models with nothing close to a hijab/niaqab/burqa, then they might just pull it off.
