Victoria's Secret Fashion Show 2014 (GENERAL DISCUSSION)

 

I´d love if they kept it simple and show mostly just lingerie. There is nothing better than sexy women in lingerie. Why the hell covering them up!

 

Totally agree! That's why the 2005 outfits were the best. It was mostly simple lingerie, with subtle themes and design elements (only exception was probably the 'Sexy Toys' segment). I honestly wouldn't even be mad if they copy/pasted the Christmas commercial outfits lol

 

 

 

Don't mind all the extra elements, as long as they don't look like a peacock,  OR look like a dancer in the Brazilian carnaval, OR have a circus outfit. All the feathers it's just too much. But I do like all the outfits corresponding a certain theme, but I agree they could do more of JUST lingerie, because that is in the end what you will be wearing.

They used to make outfits just for the finale walk (2005, 2006, 2007, 2008). Nowadays the models just walk in their last outfits during the finale. I liked it when the models had similar finale outfits because it looked good for pictures. Plus the lingerie was rather basic so it put all the attention on the models at the end and looked more harmonious. 2007 had the best finale outfits because they gave all the models simple colored underwear and matching wings!

^ that is much better indeed. Unless the model was already in the last walk they can't change that fast, but for the other models it is better to do a new outfit. Also it gives them a chance to again show another design. 

But I can't bear how bad the finale was in 2007, I mean the Christmas tree and alle the models in it. It was so cheesy.

Yeah, although the 2007 finale outfits were on point, the sequence itself was terrible. They should have had all the girls walk out together and dance at then end as usual. The tree was lame.

I know last year the VS website had an international broadcasting/streaming schedule available so you find where in your country you can view the show on.

Yeah, although the 2007 finale outfits were on point, the sequence itself was terrible. They should have had all the girls walk out together and dance at then end as usual. The tree was lame.

I LOVED the 2006 finale outfits. Winter Wonderland theme was so festive and beautiful!

If your country doesn't broadcast it you can quite soon watch it on youtube in HD. If you can connect your computer to the tv, it's just as good. I think it takes a few weeks until it's online.

However, for the past two years we've had livestreams and I'm sure this year will be the same. This is 2014 y'all, we'll get the show live and probably it will be in youtube by the next day or two days at worst.

Yeah the good recordings end up on Youtube after a day, I just end up downloading the best link I find on Youtube. They always get quickly removed if it's too close or too quickly uploaded which sucks.

I forgot about livestreaming and I coudn't remember how fast it was on youtube, so to be sure I said a few weeks.

I think the years before that, certainly in 2010 it was, I think I had to wait longer than a few days b4 it was on YT.
