Victoria's Secret Fashion Show 2014 (GENERAL DISCUSSION)

Seems like Martha's walk is just like last year: not good.

Her lower abs really bother me there's this one angle that the camera always catches her at where they look like they're protruding obscenely out of her body like a man's abs even though they don't actually do that.

But you're okay with Izabel's abs? 

 

 

Has anyone shared HQ'S from Josh Wong  yet?

I dont have them or I wouldnt have asked first.

Only reasons I asked because his photos were very portrait like,  and actually showed a bit of Blanca.

Though how he found his way around Taylor is beyond me

But you're okay with Izabel's abs? 

They're not protruding out of her body making it look almost like a gut, it's not that I have a problem with them I think they make her look wider than she actually is, the photo there isn't very flattering for her lower body.

I have less of an issue with Izabel's Abs but I'd prefer they'd look more like them in 2009 they were the perfect mix of tone then.

like >200mm? he wouldnt be able to zoom in or out with anything longer than 70-200.

they as a rule  use multiple bodies, hence no need to zoom.

Still, better than other photographers sets

yup, performers need to stay away from the end of the runway. That should be a rule.

Its not photographers fault. Photos of Taylor performing at an event sell better than  X Y Z (their perspective) model posing

Because they had to make last minute changes, they needed to girls for Fairy Tale because Dri and Ale wouldn't make it so they switched Elsa & Jourdan to Fairy Tale and Stella got Elsa's outfit, I'm still not sure of who got Jourdan's

Sophia probably did they best she could do with such little time, I would imagine changing girls and outfits would be a complicated process with getting the outfit to fit the girl properly and pretty much do another fitting. She will probably get 3 next year!!

Atleast next year we may gripe less about the performers because really.. anyone but Taylor will be acceptable.

However... If they do some magical editing.. many of the issues can be minimized.. Please VS... limit the performers screen time... people know they are there and will tune in.. unfortunately that will not be the case and we will end up with Taylors leg kick at the end of the runway cause someone thinks its cool
