he couldnt have compiled shots of every girl into one volume, makes lot of sense tbh. split it into two volumes rather then ending up with one ridiculously heavy book. Ideally, volume 2 ought to at least feature , Jac, Stella, Nadine, Lais along with Elsa obviously.

I don't know. I think new book was selling poorly and that's why he's shooting for new material. There's no way that he isn't aware of criticism of his book.
