Her outfit is to try-hard. Side slits (both sides), crop top, pompadour inspired ponytail, ear cuff, black nails. It's just to showy, and not in a good way. Simple is always better for events like this.
I like Elsa's outfit, but I'm still staring at the fact she can't seem to smile at events lately. EDIT: NOPE. Her dress (the bottom half) looks like a skort turned on it's side. 
^ Fair assessment, always interesting to see how the eyes of another views upon one style vs the next. And agreed, Elsa does look wonderful in what she's in but is she always keeping the smile in the safe too at events from what u have noticed?

I'm not a fan of the hem of Elsa's dress either. It's not terrible, but it's not great. I like the rest of her look though, simple and clean. My favourite look would have been Sara's dress (it almost looks like a romper?) if she didn't have that ridiculous ribbon around her neck.
