The stupid people that live down the road. If you want to have a party, that's fine, but don't go into your garden, and begin loudly yelling for an entire hour at midnight so that nobody can sleep. I have never felt my blood boil so hard, and when I opened my window to yell shush, they ignored. You win the award for for biggest asshole neighbour of the year
