They all do.

Look at how shiny their skins are? I adore Xenia, Niamh, Solveig and Dani and I still really hate these pictures. Jessica B's skin is so goddamn retouched that I don't know if she's white, mixed or black o.o, and most of the legs are so retouched to look smaller/thinner it's sad. There's a couple of good pictures but most of this thing it's trash. They need to go back to their old style of natural look. 

I understand where you're coming from. The images do give off a more...(*horrid) fashion editorial feel to them. I think in some sense, they could have been aiming for that; to add a more striking or dramatic appeal to the images. Just a thought.

^^ They used way too much of makeup and retouching, that i totally agree ! 

These women have literally perfect bodies, they don't need anything to make them look more striking tbh. They had a killer lineup, way better than SI and they ruined it with the awful retouching, heck even in the location in the background looks fake, Samantha Hoopes looks like she's standing infront of a green screen  

^ Yes i noticed about the backgrounds... But IMO, the outtakes from the photographers are better than the shots released by WS itself...I wonder why they retouched the pictures that much... in many shots they screwed the works of the photographers... 

The outtakes are always better, but this year it was next level. When you make a real beach look like green screen you know there's a problem lol

The profile video of Xenia is just so great ... I WONDER if i will be able to see at least for one model from the new SI swimsuit issue 2016 something similar to that ...

The pics from this issue have been meh but the model profile videos have all been superb.  The regular SI has followed that pattern in recent years as well
