I use Vegas (SONY) to extract the sequences of images from the videos.
I use XnView (XNVIEW) to reprocess the images in batch mode (size, contrast, effect, ...).
I use Animation Shop 3 (JASC) to convert these images to GIF.

The beach bunny gifs are so juicy! I hope she maintains her weight and doesn't torment herself with various diets and crazy exhausting workouts. Her butt is the only part of her body that requires changes.
