Ronaldo unsure of Milan future

Ronaldo admits he is unsure if he has a future at AC Milan.

The Brazilian international is eyeing an early return from his career-threatening knee injury he picked up in March, but he admits he remains in the dark over his future at the San Siro.

"I'm optimistic. I might be able to return early, although it's early to say with precision. I want to play,” Ronaldo told La Gazzetta dello Sport. "I don't know what to say (about the contract).

"Milan haven't made me any promises. Occasionally I speak to (Milan sports director) Leonardo, but I would have liked to have had more contacts from the team. It's still early to say anything."
