AS: Real Madrid have overcome a difficult game that started badly but ended with a good image.

Ronie: Yes it was a difficult game, not just because of the opponent but because of the intense cold. In games like this its difficult to find motivations because we had already qualified before the game. Being alreayd qualified can sometimes lead to mistakes. The best thing is that in the 2nd half we were good enough, we dominated the game and made alot of chances we could of even won.

AS: Its been almost two years since you scored in the champions league and tonight you have a double:

Ronie: Im very happy to have scored in the champions league again. Little by little i am getting better. I havent played many minutes in the champions league during those two years because of injury but it im sure that scoring in the champions league brings me much joy

AS: 3 goals in 2 games, you are making selection difficult for Capello

Ronie: Good, its what i must do, i must continue proving i am still the same player ive always been. I belive that i can help Madrid with my goals,little by little im getting better and getting more time with the team.

AS: One of the best things about the game was your understanding with Beckham

Ronie: There is no need to say good things about Beckham. I always have a very good understanding with him. Without us looking at each other he knows where i am, where i want the ball, he understands my movements very well. He has always assisted me when i am unmarked.
