Despite my vocals being annoying, the movement of my vocal cords causes the trembling of certain bones in my ear that leads to a discrepancy between the voice that I hear and the voice that you hear, and I can report that I don't find my own voice annoying...much So, to answer your question I don't tune out to the sound of my own voice
