Hmmm...interresting...that's a tough one...both known for the bosom to a degree, but different kind. Perfect BIG boobs vs. nice HUGE boobs . So it just depends on the preferrence I guess, hard to say...Minus that...Keely's body is better [flatter abs, more hips...]. But I kindof like Lucy's face better, mainly the smile a lot beter .

Just considering their glamour model careers and not the fact that Keeley is some weirdo hipster now, I think that Lucy overcame Keeley over time.  Keeley was a legend though.  I think they are 1 and 2 for all-time Brit glamour girls but I have a recency bias.
