Eh they look fake to me. It's not abnormal for a 16/17 year old to get boob jobs. Normal boobs don't sit like that and compared to how her boobs sit in regular unpadded bikinis now compared to that pic leads me to believe that picture was pretty close to when she got them done. I still feel they're fake to be honest

She was an innocent, geeky school girl from an academic upper middle class family I can tell you that would never ever happen (besides her agency would've killed her, she was totally being groomed for hf at that point).
Actually there is a trend of teenagers getting plastic surgeries for their birthdays, HS graduations, etc. Not saying that's the case w/ Kelly. Like I said someone needs to grab her boobs to settle this once & for all!!!
