Not nessesarily. Not only is the photo kind of dark, you also have to take into account the angle that the picture was taken. Since it was taken at a upward angle, it probably makes her booty look bigger than it actually is. As far as airbrushing goes, I can't really think at any still photos that don't have at least some. Go check Vanessa out at http://www.virgula.com.br/virgulagirl/ and you will see that the most misleading thing about that picture was probably the angle, not airbrushing.
