The real reason is because Kendull can't emote to save her life.
At this point, both might suck. In fact, since they have no training, it's likely both will suck.
The only model who made the transition appear seamless is Tricia Helfer.
Even women like Charlize Theron needed several years to find their stride.
And I doubt there is a Charlize hiding in either Kendall or Gigi.

I don't think he bangs every single actress. I think he gets those extras tho...that's easy job.
I think that Gigi can act if given a role of a smiley, bubley girl. Basically, if she gets to be herself in front of the camera.
Kendull on the other hand is just a lost cause but I think she'll show up in front of the big screen sooner than Gigi because of the hype.

I remember that when he cast Rachael Taylor in "Transformers", he said afterwards that her audition was so great he asked for a rewrite that included more lines for her character.
