He's never appeared or been mentioned in South Park sorry to be the bad news guy

 I've seen every episode at least twice and there's nothing of him

I'm currently writing a strongly worded letter to Matt and Trey about how they screwed up by not making an episode for him.

He was made for South Park. Such a shame.
