So the models did so badly there wasn’t much else to show? That’s kinda sad

I hope SI still releases some BTS footage of the models at the game show like the IndyCar people did of their guys:

no, the models acted like this because it was staged

If it was staged, I don't get why the models would agree to look like bimbos?

Yeah, but doesn't that reflect negatively on the S.I. brand? I can't believe that was allowed. You would think you would want your models acting in the best possible way while the S.I. logo is on a giant wall right behind them.

If someone here is familiar with this game show, what strategy is usually employed when a team decides the order in which the team members are placed? I assume that Nina was the captain and the hope was that she’d win the first face-off and they’d get off to a good start.

That was only during the faceoffs. The producers probably made the models be snobby to create drama and to make it more competitive.

That backfired horribly because the models couldn't pull it off and made it look forced.

Did all the models get a chance to do the face-off?

No, just Nina, Sam and Tanya. The drivers won significantly that there was no way for the models to catch up

I didn't think people cared much for the drivers especially on a models forum so I just edited to all the parts involving the models

I think it was their lack of strategy and enthusiasm for the game that caused their lost

If only 3 members out of five are guaranteed a chance for a face-off, it seems that the three strongest members of the team should go first. But is there a significance for going last i.e. being the anchor? In that case, the first and the last members should be the strongest players in the team (Nina and Hannah).

I guess some people believe it was fixed for the models to lose. I don't know their reasoning behind it but they believe it.

Whether it was fixed or not who knows  But for those conspiracy theorist out there, I think ESPN is the network that broadcast most Indy races???  ESPN is owned by Disney which also owns ABC.

Nina was the obvious choice for team captain as she comes off the most personable and likable out of all 5. Also, her love life has been getting a lot of attention so the show was going to take advantage of that. I love Hannah but I am not sure is she one of the strongest players and she sometimes come off as awkward and goofy.

The models problem was that they didn't win any of the faceoffs and they didn't give the correct answer when it was time to steal. Nina has the best chance when she gave 2nd best answer only to have Helio outdo her.
