His/Her posts has been cleaned, and they've also been given a warning. Perhaps GIVE the staff some time to figure things out, talk about what's going on and then go from there. I'm sorry I couldn't get to his/her posts right then and there, but I was busy at work and my unit was in the midst of an emergency. Also... you didn't need to write a novel PM.

Mod Watch means you can post still, but the staff have to approve the post before the staff can see it.
