You don't need to know all the celebs in this game (though, I'm surprised there are people who don't know most of the most famous actresses and singers in the world), just like I don't know all of the models in the other competitions but I vote for them anyways.
You can just vote for them according to your taste, how much they're beautiful in your opinion. We don't care about their fame, in fact we put it as rankings because we know that there are celebs who are not known everywhere, so everyone's free to vote as their liking.

I know a lot of the actresses & singers, but I have no clue whom the obscure B & C list celebrities are though.
