i think it's really nice how he gives his flowers away (he gave them to Laura Bush after his 400m medley and then his sister after his 200m freestyle).

OMG i was totally happy to see the USA team win...besides, the French team shouldn't have said that they'll crush the American team (well the whole team didn't say it...it was that dude Benhard...sorry prob misspelled his last name

His a phenomenal specimen, no matter what country your from you just have to watch him and admire him for the athlete he is.

It was so close but he got it , he looks tired though! Got the relay to come also he really needs to catch his breathe. I think it's so much pressure now because the only one that can beat Phelps is Phelps... I'm worried.

oh i know what u mean too!! like yesterday, he just won the gold, and then he had to be in another race 50 mins later...that's just grueling on one's body, no matter how good of shape one is in....i just hope he can hang in there and continue doing what he's doing, and THAT'S winning!! so he's half way thru....congrats on your success thus far, Michael!! we ALL knew u could do it!! :hell yea!:
