She lacks the "It" factor. She has the same expression (or lack of it) in almost every photo and when she talks it sounds bland and boring. Her voice makes it worse 
Although I must say she did look quite stunning at the VSFS last year

I think u know I think she is ugly? (yes ugly) but zero hate from me.

i'm tired of the people complaining over and over
VS loves her and her she have a lot of fans, deal with it
just because you thinks she's ugly doesn't mean she don't deserve fans and VS should stop using her
and last, i'll always think she's gorgeous and not even lame jokes about her face will make me change my mind
