^ You're right, the belly button looks different. But I don't think it's Behati either. I thought it was Andreea because of her hair and body, but I wasn't entirely sure, hence why I asked. But then again, I think (not entirely sure) only Rachel and Andreea did shoot for VS Pink Swim lately, and it doesn't look like Rachel to me, and I'm pretty sure this is for VS Pink Swim.

The belly button could be photoshopped, though. I think it's her. The toothy smile looks like hers.
