my uncle finally hired me....but what sucks is that he said i'd take the spot of the girl that left and then he went and hired another girl behind my back who doesnt know anything about opticals and she's getting paid over 11 bucks an hour while I'm getting paid roughly 9. All of my uncle's employees have started at 10 bucks an hour. Everyone was under the impression that I was going to be hired because I have experience in the field, this girl literally sits there and does nothing on Sundays and she has no interest to learn while I do all the work to see her get paid more than me. On top of that my uncle hired her and went on vacation and all of his employees including myself have been complaining to one another about her and we cant do anything about it until tonight when my uncle comes home. This girl used to sell cellphones but thats nothing compared to glasses, hell she even tries to sell cellphones to our customers at the glasses shop
