I did not expect to see Adriana for the empire state segment, VS actually gave her decent air time this year! Also that was wholesome of VS to keep the walk that she cried in, she didn't cry her second walk and I was expecting them to use that. Thats good they kept it in

Ok, I haven't watched either. Hopefully tonight I will be able to.  I saw there was a party, because Lais has lots of live feed on her instagram. I'm glad Adriana has a lot of time this turn, because I'm only watching because of it. I haven't seen the complete show for a few years now.

Oh, I have finally watched. Yes!!! Adriana got a beautiful ending. I've watched her segment many times and I've cried in all. I'm still at work, people believe I have gone mad.  

Ok, now I can give my thoughts on the show and Adriana's legacy in it. I didn't bother giving my thoughts on the rest of the show as a whole because I stopped caring for the REST of VS a long time ago. It is literally a relief that Adriana is gone because the brand just isn't headed anywhere good. The rating were even lower this year. Adriana has left at the perfect time, people are so incredibly anxious to call someone else the "new queen" of VS since Adriana is gone, and its not even any good because the show honestly does not seem like it will be around for much longer after this. But ANYWAYS, on to the positive.

I give Adriana's tribute and last show a 10/10. She did not get alessandra'd LOL which is a relief and a good thing and just speaks on how much Adriana deserved her VS career. As well as how much VS really did love Adriana. Not only did she get a montage, her own walking segment, and officially called the "GOAT" but they actually gave her a great amount of airtime this year. Honestly, Adriana hasn't been featured this much in their show since like 2014. They kept showing her and talking about her, even in their intro they talked about VS the way she would have and they mentioned her as well. She closed the show for the THIRD time which is amazing. Nobody ever closed this show that many times. Adriana has had a one of a kind VS career, it can't be topped. And I applaud VS for that, they made the decisions to give Adriana so much because they knew she deserved it. I will miss them together. I won't miss VS anymore lol but I will miss Adriana and VS as a team!

Now, for Adriana herself I am just so proud of her. Everybody is. Despite me growing tired of VS and their stupid decisions all these years, I always respected Adriana's decision to keep sticking with VS. I can't say why at the time I did, all I do know is I wasn't one of those people who thought Adriana was making a mistake  by staying there for so long. I used to laugh at the people saying Adriana should just "leave on top" and stop waiting until she isn't on top to leave and all that mess. Now, I laugh even harder because 1. Adriana STILL left on top lol. Everybody knows she is the real deal for this brand. People love for her never went away. They loved her this year as much as they did back in 2003. 2. I saw alot of people on social media being shocked that Adriana decided to leave because she still looked really good to them. Even in the main thread somebody felt she was in the best shape than she had been for a while. Everybody still felt like, she could have given it more years. So its funny people thought that by the time Adriana left, she would have left when nobody cared about her anymore and she wouldn't look good anymore. Which is not the case. People still did not want to see her go. I say this to applaud Adriana for being so determined to continue to stick with the brand for so long, because it allowed for her to set a mark that nobody else will probably touch. Like @Corner said, she had the best VS career and it will probably not be beaten. And its because no matter of her getting older and what people said, and no matter how VS was changing she still decided to stay and it allowed her to become very accomplished in the brand. Adriana should feel very proud with herself!

No but seriously, what the f*** those damn haters want? They wanted her gone? She is now, so they can't blame her for stealing the spotlight from their talentless faves that, with years of being pushed and pushed by the brand to the point of being annoying to us, couldn't achieve not even 1/10 of what Adriana did in half those years. And she did it without any particular favoritism from the brand, having to share the spotlight with A list models like Tyra, Heidi, Gisele, Alessandra, Karolina, Doutzen, etc.

the triubute they gave her was her right, more then well earned, and she was amazing. Period. Nobody cna say otherwise without lying to himself.

I am happy that after tonight I won't have to endure those idiots and their crap anymore, they can rot in their hate with this dying giant that VS is now.

Haters can truly, fuck off, Adriana got what we all know she deserved and I couldn't be happier for her. Now let's see what the future brings! With VS out of the picture I hope she moves to a more mature line like La Perla, AP or Intimissimi, Savage would also be great but I think it's too risqué, we'll see. I'm sure Adriana currently has an insane amount of offers from lingerie and swim companies

I think I am the only one who doesn't want to see Adriana with another lingerie brand lol. Only because of the principle, I mean she spent all these years with VS doing it. It would be cool to see that she'd only model lingerie for them. But, I won't be upset if she ended up with another lingerie deal, I just think it would be cool if she stuck with one brand. I mean, she already worked with intimissi before anyway.
