These companies (like Netflix, Gillette or Hasbro) are trying to ride the PC waves, hoping that it will bring customers. The marketing ppl convinced their boss to ride the waves, but it's not logic that drives them.

They don't realize that the PC waves are from a sea of sophisms... So, they can't see that "reverse sexism is sexism", they're just too busy admiring how "virtuous" and "morally gooood" they are.

Ding ding ding!!! We have a winner!!!!!

Nailed it!

I don't really get how Louis CK is always considered a top 10 comedian.  He's a great performer but his content isn't good.

Ditto. I think the best line I’ve ever heard from him was “If only I could use these powers for good... fuck it”

Since the Gillette backlash ...brands don't want to hear ppl's reactions, because they're afraid that they will disagree.... The self-proclaimed tolerant world doesn't tolerate debate and opinions

Don Rickles'  insult comedy is very racist- too racist for today.  His successor, Jeffrey Ross noticeably avoids using race in his insults

George Burns

Bob Hope

I'm not familiar with several on your list.  I remember Lewis Black from his daily show days- he and Steve Carrell were probably the funniest guys.  Lewis' Black's comedy special during the Bush years was one of my favorites.  Jeff Foxworthy's observations of rural/redneck USA are on the money.

Of my master list, I selected these (tentatively, still a work in progress):

Best of the best

-Cosby

-Carlin

You know, I tried to listen to Robin Williams (and Steve Martin, a similar type) and found them too fast paced and crazy- I probably don't get them yet.

Comedians that I share a personal connection with in terms of personality and style and see worth studying to improve my own skills:

Segura, Muleny, Patton Oswalt, Jim Jefferies, Tosh, Norm Macdonald

As far as the rest of the list goes, all of these were selected because I liked at least 20 minutes of their performance

A 12 year old is NOT fit for adult's decisions. How is it possible that a "developed country" passes a bill that puts such a heavy burden on children?

When nihilst ideologies are supported by mainstream media, then this happens:

These ideologs who want to erase the boundaries between men and women are sorcerer's apprentices. It's interesting that they talk to an O'Brien in the article. I remember this O'Brien:

With taxpayer money too. The indoctrination is even happening at an earlier age in public schools.

I've been listening to his albums (4 of them).  As far as currently working storytelling comics go, I think he's probably the best (if there are any others, I'm all ears).  Better than Segura, Muleny, and Jefferies.
