The titles for Best Casual/Daytime Wear, Evening Wear and Miss Congeniality is still up for grabs!

Rate each celebrity on a scale of 1-10 (10 being the highest score) based on her:

Evening Wear: How poised, elegant, graceful and glamorous does she look in her outfit? (Note: you are voting on how she looks in her outfit and NOT the outfit itself).
Please consider factors such as how flattering and fashionable is the outfit on her, does it highlight/accentuate her assets & features, age-appropriateness, overall styling (hair, makeup, shoes, accessories), etc.
Interview: Watch as much of the videos as you like in order to vote accurately but try to watch at least 1 minute of the speaking parts. For videos not in English a translation is included, and for celebs that don't have videos text interviews are provided. You are rating her on how likable, charming, confidence, genuine, and intelligent she presents herself in the video.
