Great thread. I saw the name and was trying to think where I had heard it, and then I remembered. If any of you are fans of the band The Smithereens as I am, the lyrics of "Behind the Wall of Sleep" compare the subject to Ms. Shrimpton. Now seeing her here, i see why singer Pat DiNizio was so enamored with his subject 
for those interested it's actually the first line of the song.
