Wings: 1/10 Wings? There's actually one of the definitions in the dictionary that can fit these wings: "either of two corresponding parts in flightless birds, which may be rudimentary, as in certain ratite birds, or adapted for swimming, as in penguins". Kinda makes sense

Overall Look: 8/10 This outfit is actually really good. Nice colors and some sort of Asian inspirations, with nice ribbons.
