Ran into a slight snag with our templates that I don't know why I didn't think of till I had a dream about it. B models, always go against B models, and so if lets say there is a team that is

The way the templates are being made I cannot move the B model in TEAM 2 around, so B model TEAM 2 takes an unnecessary handicap.

The pairings should look like this...

@lostdiadem has been very gracious and helpful designing the country templates and I will not ask her to change them up, so I'm going to have to do the model templates the day before each round. It's a hell of a lot easier to pull 36 pictures a day than it is to pull 2000+ pictures over the next 3-6 days.

On a good note because I only have to worry about a few pictures the comp can start soon.

THE RULES

The Teams
Teams are composed of 3 models of the same country

Each team much have at least 1 C - Model

Total teams: 128

So we have 3 kinds of models:

A MODELS -  1,500,000+ views or Subform

B MODELS - 1,499,999 - 500,000 views

C MODELS - 499,999 - 0 views

Allowed combinations:

BBC
BCC
CCC

Forbidden:
AAA
AAB
AAC
ABB
BBB

In matches with models of different categories, there's a 30% bonus for the weaker model and/or a 30% handicap for the stronger

A-model vs. A-model: no bonuses
A-model vs. B-model: A-model score reduced by 30%

B-model vs. B-model: no bonuses
B-model vs. C-model: B-model score reduced by 30%
A-model vs. C-model: A-model score reduced by 30% & C-model score increases 30%

C-model vs. C-model: no bonuses

Adriana Lima (A) vs. Shannan Click (B) 28-15 --> (28 -30%) --> 19.6-15
Renata M. Dos Santos (B) vs. Kemp Muhl (B) 12-13
Fernanda Motta (C) vs. Brenda Schad (C) 10-15
USA 5 wins 2 matches and moves on, Brazil drops into the Rechange/Consolation round

The Rounds

We're going to do a round robin double knockout competition. Basically we all know that sometimes a pairing is blatantly unfair... sometimes these pairings are so ridiculous from one model being a titan to another being a relative unknown. So in this instance we're going to make things a bit more fair.

Each team will go through at least two rounds of elimination.
Everyone starts out normally in the competition. If you win you go on to round 2. Now if you lose rather then being knocked out immediately you get bumped down to the consolation round 1. If you lose that consolation round you're knocked out completely. However if you win you move on to the second consolation round. Second consolation round winners go up against round 2 losers. To put it bluntly you can still lose once and go on to win the competition... coming back through the back door so to speak.

This is a double knockout tournament everyone gets 2 chances at the very least.

Maybe you hate the majority of the team but still want them to win because you like one model on the team - go for it

Perhaps you don't know who the model is but find them attractive - that's fine too

Lesser of two evils - IE. The Limer voter - have at it.
