Powerful breeds that are not raised properly can definitely do more damage. A stigmatized breed can be an angel if raised by someone who knows how to raise them properly and a poodle can be viscious in the hands of the wrong people. The people are the source, but the bigger dogs get all the blame because they are so much stronger than the little dogs.
