Pretty sure it was for Miss Universe b/c of the background and the texture of the photo. I don't think she won b/c I would remember her. However she does look very familiar in the first 4 photos you posted in your second post

She was Miss Spain 2014.
She was in Miss Universe 2014 and she ended in the Top 10 (the pic is indeed from Miss Universe).

@Stromboli1 I like pictures where the pupil seems to be melted with the iris, like this one below. It's like you can't distinguish the pupil from the iris, which makes the eyes look like two agate gemstones
