In between perusing the beautifully-draped dresses, which you can learn more about here, I caught up with supermodel Anne V to discuss the everlasting appeal of those two cuddly suspender-clad gentlemen. "I've known them for so many years, and they're one of those design duos that you love so dearly not just because they're incredibly talented, but because they're the sweetest guys in the world. They're actually known in the industry as the best hug-givers -- ”they give the best hugs ever." And while Anne has her pick of the litter in terms of the new C&T collection-”she admitted she's already stocked up on a bunch of pieces for herself -- she opted to wear a simple black dress to last night's party. "They do some many colors and patterns," she explained, "but I wanted to wear this one to show that they really can do the perfect little black dress. I mean, just look at this draping!" And there's one more element of Costello and Tagliapietra's line that could have been put to good use at the celebration, where french fries, bottled beer and crabcakes were constantly circulating: "I love that you can eat while wearing their dresses and know that you're still going to look gorgeous." Last night we caught up with Anne V at the launch for Costello & Tagliapietra's new line C&T at Barneys,looking every bit the supermodel in one of the duo's effortless LBDs. Anne V is one of the few models who has perfectly straddled the commercial and high-fashion market. Not only has she been a Sports Illustrated swimsuit model since 2005, but she's worked the glittery catwalk for Victoria's Secret and the runways in Europe —most recently for Prada and Jean Paul Gaultier. The Russian bombshell gave us the scoop on her risk-taking red-carpet style and why she won't be taking a vacation anytime soon.

Harper's Bazaar: How would you describe your personal style? Anne V: In my personal life I guess it's kind of leather rocker chick —very boyish, very comfortable. For red carpet events, I feel like people always look very beautiful but they don't take chances. Since I'm a model, if I don't really push the envelope, who else will do it? I try to take a lot of chances, which is really fun but then I end up being on the worst-dressed list.
HB: Has that happened to you recently? AV: Yeah last week I was at the Met Ball and Prada custom-made a dress for me, and it was such an honor, and then I ended up on OK! Magazine's worst dressed list.
HB: What's one item in your closet you can't live without? AV: My Isabel Marant wedge boots, I wear them literally every day.
HB: What's your favorite item in your closet? AV: My favorite item in my closet is —okay, was—a white Alaia dress that I had worn for an Oscars after-party a few years ago. I wore it again on my birthday and someone threw chocolate cake on my dress as a "happy birthday" thing, and I had to dye the dress red after because of all the stains. It was such a bummer because it was my favorite dress.
HB: Who's your favorite designer to work with? AV: Honestly, these guys [Jeffrey Costello and Robert Tagliapietra]. They are the sweetest, most wonderful people in the world. They create such beautiful clothes that you put on and you think, "Wow!" You can wear their dresses with flats and feel like the most beautiful girl in the world, or you can wear their dresses with heels and feel like,"I look really hot".
HB: What's your favorite beauty product? AV: My favorite beauty product is Rose-Mary Swift's lip balm. It's a fantastic product you can really use it anywhere on your body.
HB: What are your plans for the summer? AV: Honestly, my life has been so unexpected with different work opportunities that I just want to keep the ball rolling. It's been so exciting, I don't care about taking a holiday this year.
HB: What's your favorite vacation that you've taken recently? AV: Africa! I actually went by myself and went on a safari. It was one of the most spiritual, amazing, memorable trips I've ever gone on. Something inside of you just changes, it's a really moving experience, you become a better person.

Adam Levine’s ex, model Anne V, has found comfort in the arms of another man. In Touch can exclusively reveal that Anne has moved on with 30 Seconds to Mars rocker Jared Leto.The new couple were spotted getting cozy at LA’s Chateau Marmont on May 12. “They spent the whole night together,” an eyewitness at the hotspot tells In Touch.
Anne, 26, who is known for her appearances in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition, and Jared, 40, “were all smiles and sharing a drink,” reveals the eyewitness.
The Victoria’s Secret model dated Maroon 5 frontman and The Voice mentor Adam, 33, for over two years but she announced their split on April 2, reportedly blindsiding the musician.
