#LoveConnection. A source confirms exclusively to Us Weekly that supermodel Anne Vyalitsyna is dating New York Mets pitcher Matt Harvey! The pair first met, briefly, at a New York Rangers Game -- and the 24-year-old athlete can credit Twitter for helping him land a date.

"A @NYRangers win!" he tweeted on May 6. "Riding the elevator out of the garden with the beautiful @AnneV. And now bedtime, to get ready for @Mets baseball."

Shortly after the tweet, a source explained to Us Weekly he successfully snagged the 26-year-old model's phone number, and the two have been seeing each other since.

Most recently, they were seen having dinner together at NYC eatery Willow Road, and were photographed attending the N.Y. Rangers game together on Thursday, May 23. In the sweet pic, Harvey is seen giving the 5'9 blonde bombshell a tender kiss on her forehead as she smiles, her hand rested comfortably on his chest.
