^Doesn't mean you or anyone else can't answer the round.

Then it makes no sense to start tagging.

It obviously discourages anyone else to answer it if it's indicated for someone in specific.

You have to think outside the box..... that person can still answer that round if it was already played, the current round, and start the next round in one post.

I first heard the cover on the radio and I didn't knew it was actually a cover till many years later when by chance I heard the original and sounded familiar
