Kelsey's birthmark seems higher up on the leg?   The ring does look like a match though. 

Edit: It's a little hard to tell but I think she has the same birthmark on her stomach as well, so it's probably her. Not mad about her making it!

Fil-Am. Dad's an american i knew about this because one sicko commented on a photo on IG showing her and her bf with "yes get that greencard" which her father retaliated that Kelsey is indeed an American citizen because of him.

If it's truly Kelsey then Philippines will surely celebrate this. First Filipina to walk the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. check that box on the pride sheet. I will be so happy for her if she really got in.

I think she deleted the picture because I perfectly remember I liked the post. She posted one of the candids of her arriving/leaving the VS offices and wrote "what a spectacular day!" or something like that. I took it as a clear hint of her participation, confirmed by the fact that she probably deleted it

She was already a big hit last time she participated and they covered her up good and gave her a funny outfit  I hope this time they don't fuck up, seen how her body looks now.
