i missed to ID her twice recently.

they change hair color, face expression; photograph with different angles; old blurred pics; wigs & make-up

the moles are not easy to see / find

I suppose she is Rimma Rakhimkoulova from Bashkiria, who also had a short hair cut and was among a crowd of models at Stad de France 1998 for YSL.
